Jenn - I should be able to infer more from Monday’s debrief. It may be a while before a replacement is hired, and not just because it’s a difficult position to fill.

Kiri - Yes, actually. As late as Friday mid-afternoon, he had been concocting a scheme to fire one of my most productive coworkers. (This backstory, which I’d been hoping my coworker would “guest blog,” is even more bizarre than some of the stuff I’ve mentioned here.)

I wonder what the final straw was. There are so many to choose from. From the choice of words in the email, I’m inferring this decision was reached this week.

Susan - Though NaBloPoMo is now over, I will try not to disappoint. I expect a lot of post-mortem fodder.

As for potential loss of blog fodder, there’s always the outside chance any replacement for El Jefe will be more blog worthy.

I was thinking of that… it’s quite possible that, with El Jefe not nano-mis-managing him, he could be productive. The BM would still need to improve his communication.
